Hikers trekking along the Stub Lake Trail are grateful for the wooden boardwalk that crosses the wet marshland in the first section of the trail. The picturesque boardwalk winds through the spruce bog for about 300’ enabling hikers to keep their feet dry. The trail starts at the Fall Lake Campground and ends at a viewing deck where the small creek spills into Stub Lake.
