This Eagle Scout Project is a working water storage tank attached to a simulated windmill driven pump at the Sikes Adobe in southern Escondido, California.

The windmill is a scale reproduction created by two local Rotary Clubs and does not actually pump water. The pump portion is simulated and actually feeds city water to the Eagle Scout storage tank which serves an actual useful purpose.
