Construction for the City Green Court, Richard Meier & Partners third building within the Prague 4-Pankrác Master Plan, received a pre-certification of LEED Platinum. The building’s design is inspired by the language of Czech Cubism simultaneously responding to issues of conservation and sustainability.

Platinum LEED pre-certification stage of City Green Court based on a number of green features and innovation of design and construction itself, which positively affect the project itself and the broader community. These solutions include: sophisticated lighting system using occupancy sensors and daylight, high performance valves, green roof, highly efficient irrigation system and an impressive enclosed atrium, which uses natural ventilation.
