This fire engine, built in 1914 by The Waterous Engine Works, Co. Ltd., was purchased by the town of Carstairs, AB. Interestingly, that's K's hometown. Pulled by 2 horses (or several men) and powered by a 4 cylinder gasoline engine, it could deliver 350 gallons of water per minute.
It is now housed in the Remington Carriage Museum in Cardston, part of the largest collection of horse drawn vehicles in North America.
