This U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey Benchmark (designated ST MARYS) is located in downtown St. Marys, Pennsylvania inside "the diamond" in town created by Michael Street and St. Marys Street (it's a small park with benches, an eternal flame and some informational kiosks).

The benchmark is located just below the level of the ground, but mostly visible as the grass has started to crowd in on the disk. The disk has three noticeable gouges in it, however the ST. MARYS and 1934 are mostly visible on the disk.

The disk is located within a couple feet of the concrete base of a bench.
