Saputo Stadium is a soccer-specific stadium in Montréal, Québec. The stadium opened on May 21, 2008, and is the current home of the Montreal Impact. The stadium is built on the former practice track and field site on the grounds of the 1976 Summer Olympics.

The Montreal Impact is a Canadian professional soccer team based in Montréal that competes in Major League Soccer (MLS). The Impact began playing in 2012 as MLS' 19th franchise and third Canadian club; they replaced the second division team of the same name. The Impact are run by the former Impact's ownership group, led by owner Joey Saputo.
