This quiet Border Crossing across the Red River is between North Dakota and Minnesota. It's on the north side of the towns of Pembina, North Dakota and St Vincent, Minnesota.

It's the northernmost crossing between these two states.
Although it's official name is 'Red River of the North', EVERYBODY in North Dakota and Minnesota just calls it the Red River.
