How you discovered it: I was waymarking through Wyoming into Colorado when I spotted this monolith at the Colorado/Wyoming border.
Why?: This was a Stagecoach route that supplanted earlier forms of slower travel through this area.
Directions: This monolith is on the east side of US Highway 287 at the Colorado/Wyoming border between Laramie, Wyoming and Fort Collins, Colorado.
