Wright “B” Flyer Inc. is an all-volunteer, membership-based, not-for-profit corporation based at Dayton Wright Brothers Airport near Dayton, Ohio. They display and fly a growing fleet of Model B look-a-likes of the Wright brothers’ first production airplane, the Wright Model B Flyer. Their hangar doubles as the museum.

Inside the museum, you can test your skill on the Model B flight simulator. For $100 you can become an Honorary Aviator Member and receive a free orientation flight on Wright “B” Flyer No. 001.

Their Wright “B” Flyer No. 001 has been a flying ambassador of Dayton’s aviation heritage and has appeared at public and private events from California to Berlin.

The Valentine Flyer is one of several Wright replicas built for the 1978 TV movie “The Winds of Kitty Hawk.”
