The trip to Skookumchuck Hot Springs (St Agnes Well) is not for the faint of heart, but is definitely worth it. Aside from the hot springs themselves, this is riverside camping at its finest. A number of the sites are situated along the Lillooet River and have a lovely view.
The campground is privately run by members of the local First Nations, and the low camping fee includes your hot springs fee.
