Kilby is a small provincial park on Harrison Bay. There is a day use area and a campground. The Kilby Historical site is close by, with its museum and old-time general store.
The riverside location is beautiful, and ia popular access for fishing and boating activities.
In winter it is an excellent spot for viewing bald eagles.

Background: The first setters here were farmers, until one of them began milling lumber in 1870 and Harrison Mills was born. In 1904 Thomas Kilby built his general store and hotel, which was run by his family until 1976 when the provincial government took it over.
