The title of the piece and the creator are not known as far as can be determined. The sculpture is approximately three feet high by about forty feet long and is one-half inch thick. It is located in the center of Lewis Kingman Park, honoring the railroad surveyor who set up the camp that evolved into the city of Kingman.

Unfortunately, the large flat, dark surface exposed to public view attracts a lot of taggers and is a constant upkeep problem.
