Tallinn English College Sports Complex - Tallinn, Estonia - Odd-Shaped Buildings on Waymarking.com

The Tallinn English College Sports Complex doesn't have it's name plastered on the facade. The building catches your eye with unusual supports that look like tree branches holding it about 2 stories above ground. Then you notice that the building is not rectangular either...but snakes back in a series of angular lines into a larger complex.
This You Tube video (visit link) gives some insight into the building..especially the interior.

Unfortunately, the poster of this waymark could not determine the architect or date of this relatively new building. There is a phot of the complex on Wikipedia's page for the College (visit link)
