A London advertising executive, Gary Fenn, is looking for a model for a photo shoot and picks a Hungarian girl, Marla Kugash. Marla, an illegal refugee from Hungary, is accompanied by Tarquin, who is very protective of her.
At the photo shoot Marla tells Fenn that she is in fear of her life. After an attempt on her life Marla and Fenn go on the run. Marla is apparently afraid of her aunt, a woman intent on world domination. Her aunt’s organisation believe Marla and Fenn know about an assassination attempt they have planned, and are actively hunting the couple down.
After a chase through the countryside the couple manage to evade capture and return to London. In Hyde Park they discover the plot to assassinate a visiting head of state using a gun on a TV camera platform. Fenn manages to foil the attempt right at the last minute.
