Located within Chincoteague Veterans Memorial Park at 7425 Memorial Park Drive, off of East Side Road (which is off of Ridge Road on the east side of Chincoteague Island), is a lighted softball field with two dugouts. There is ample paved parking, public restrooms, a soda machine and a water fountain.

Play or watch a ball game while family and friends enjoy other recreational activities at this waterside park including:

-Boating, canoeing, kayaking and jetskiing,
-Assateague Lighthouse photography,
-Picnicing (one large and two small pavillions; reserve at Chincoteague Municipal Complex),
