Visit the Misty statue or the seasonal Farmer's Market. Watch boats, read informative signs about local history, enjoy a magazine at the library or access free Wi-Fi, dine and shop at downtown businesses, or picnic under the pavillion. Read the names of the sidewalk brick donors. Relax on one of several benches along the waterfront or Main Street. Do a little Geocaching (Chincoteague Picnic Micro, GCTYJ5).

Boat docks with water, electric and sewage pump-out are available in the park. Public restrooms are located across Main Street about half a block north in a small building (4068 Main Street). A boat ramp with paved parking is located one block south of Main Street behind American Legion Post 159 (4223 South Main Street). Marine gas is available on the south end of the island at Curtis Merritt Harbor of Refuge (operated by the Town of Chincoteague).

Have a memorable time on the island!
