This boundary marker is located in Knox Farm State Park, along Willardshire Road, in East Aurora, New York. The marker is located in an open grass field, with an orange carsonite witness post one foot away.

The marker is in excellent condition, and stamped with the date - 1999. There is no other designation on the disk, and is one of several along the boundary of Knox Farm and Willardshire Road.
