I located this benchmark based off a topography map's listing as BM K 4203. The benchmark was located yards away from where the topo map says it should be. Thankfully, the concrete post stands out like a sore thumb in the woods and I came across it after walking around for a bit.
The pipe cap is in excellent shape and is encased in a concrete post that that sits about 18 inches up from the ground.
