Worn milestone located at east end of village Jerice in East Bohemia was installed here, judging from the used font, during 17th or in the early 18th century. The directions and distances are bad readable on worn sandstone column, but one can recognize after a short while that the directions are engraved both in German and Czech language and sign to two cities - Jicin and Josefov (in these times Josefin). The distance is depicted here in miles. This mile was different from the curerent one used e.g. in GB and 1 mile was about 7.5 kilometers.
