The plaque is located by the flag pole on the
neutral ground along Roosevelt Mall. It was
donated by the Federated Council of New
Orleans Garden Club on April 26, 2002. Of
the 14 Blue Star Memorial ‘Highway’ Markers in the Metro area, there are only 2 ‘ByWay-’ markers.
