Piece was placed in 2009 as a tribute to the many individuals who have helped in the ongoing recovery of New Orleans post-Katrina. The colors were chosen to symbolizes the stop-and-go nature of New Orleans' recovery. It is located along the jogging path to the right of City Park's main entrance.
