Bachelor Officers' Quarters

Orignially quarters and club house for bachelor officers, this building has served more recently as quarters for women officers and lodging for distinguished visitors to Offutt Air Force Base.

Plaque erected by Offutt OWC - 1976

The building was constructed in 1894 and continues to serve as bachelor officer quarters and visiting officer quarters.

This marker is located on an active US Air Force Base. Access to the base is restricted and is easiest accessed by active duty, retired, or reserve service members or while accompanied by an individual in that status. Occasionally there are other times when the base has more open status during the year for various events.
