This is a figurative sculpture called 'Hammerwerfer' (Hammer Thrower). It is located at the inner courtyard of the town hall in Neustadt, Germany, Rheinland-Pfalz.

It is made of bronze.

The sculpture is created a bit more tahn life-sized.
It shows a sportsman thorwing a hammer. But there is no hammer.

There's no plaque with details.
