Effee's Frozen Custard (Ice Cream) Is a small ice cream stand in New Baltimore. VA very close to nearby restuarants. A fine place to get good, banana splits, sundies and frozen custard of many flavors. Cones and ice cream sodas. The stand sits in the parking lot of other businesses. It is very active in the summertime. Only a small amount of tables for sit down. A perfect place to get frozen custard traveling between Warrenron and Gainesville. Friendly staff and reasonable prices! This is only open during spring and summer.
