AT WETUMPKA, SET IN THE TOP OF THE CONCRETE CURBING OVER THE TOP OF THE SOUTH END OF THE EAST ABUTMENT OF THE BIBB GRAVES BRIDGE OVER THE COOSA RIVER, 13 1/2 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE HIGHWAY, 7 FEET WEST OF THE EAST END OF THE BRIDGE, 1 FOOT WEST OF THE CONCRETE BASE OF A LIGHT POST, ABOUT 0.8 FOOT ABOVE THE BRIDGE FLOOR AND SET IN A DRILL HOLE.
