V renesancne prestaveném stredovekém dome (1586 za Víta Flavína z Rottenfeld) zrídil po roce 1727 bratr K. I. Dientzenhofera malý pivovar. Ten si však nikdy nevybudoval dobrou povest (dokonce se traduje legenda, že sem chodil na pivo vltavský vodník, kterému zdejší mok pripomínal puškvorcový odvar). Pivovar upadal a v osmdesátých letech 19. století byly pivovarské prostory pivovarské stavby. V roce 1938 zde byly zrízeny údajne první mestské verejné záchodky v Praze.

In the Renaissance converted medieval house (1586 by Vitus Favin from Rottenfeld) established in 1727 brother of famous architect K.I. Dientzenhofer small brewery. It never, however, build a good reputation (even legend is said to come here for a beer a river sprite, which reminded local brew concoction of sweet flag). Brewery declined and in the eighties of the 19th century brewery building were demolished. In 1938, there were reportedly established the first municipal public toilet in Prague.
