La centrale d’Hydraska est située sur la rivière Yamaska, près du barrage Penmans, dans la ville de Saint-Hyacinthe, au Québec. La construction sur le site a débuté en 1993 et la centrale a été mise en service en mai 1994. Les installations de génie civil comprennent un canal de fuite de 250 mètres de long et ont été conçues pour être intégrées de façon attrayante au parc dans lequelle le site est situé. La puissance de la centrale est établie à 2 250 kilowatts.
The Hydraska station is located on the Yamaska River, near the Penmans dam in the city of Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec. The construction of the site began in 1993 and the station has been developed into service in May 1994. Civil engineering facilities include a 250 meters long tailrace channel and have been designed to be integrated attractively to the Park in which the site is located. The power of the Central is set at 2 250 kilowatts.
