This transport vehilce is situated just inside the gate to the Army Museum, on the right side of the compound. The marker reports the following:

The Swedish-made KP became familiar to the world when it was used by Swedish UN troops in the Congo in the early 1960s. It was so useful that the Indian and Irish contingents demanded they too be issued with KPs. The vehicles were painted white and did not have armoured roofs, although the machine gunner was protected by armour plate.
The KP tansport was used by Swedish defence between 1942 and 1999. More than 500 vehicles were built by Volvo and Scania. Another KP, in camouflage painting, is parked in front of the museum. This particular vehicle was never in the Congo but was painted white for a Congo veterans' memorial annniversary. Army Museum is situated at Riddargatan 13, Östermalm, Stockholm.
The nearest tube station is Östermamstorg (Sibyllegatan exit).
The nearest bus stop is Nybroplan (busses 69 & 52) and Styrmansgatan (bus 76).
You may also take the tram line 7 to Waldemarsudde, stop Nybroplan.

While the military displays in the courtyard are free, entry into the museum itself requires a fee:
