The plaque on the bench reads:

Congresswoman
Gene Segerblom Supported Funding Nevada
Southern Railway, & Boulder
Dam Hotel

Gene Segerblom was never elected to congress. The highest elected office she held was in the Nevada State Assembly. She (jokingly) says that she now wants everyone to call her "Congresswoman" because of the (uncorrected up to now) error on the Bench plaque.
