This is the so-called 'Nordost-Flankenturm' (northeastern side tower) of the medieval city wall of Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It is located at the intersection of Olgastraße and Neutorstraße.

The round tower was built in 1535.
It was demolished in 1617 and was preserved in 1982.
It can be visited always without a fee. There's a plaque with some details.
It is located on the opposite side of the theater.
