The co-ordinates give are for one of two identical octagonal, disused astronomical observatories in the Quad of University College London, Gower Street. Each side is about eight feet in length and height to top of the dome is about fifteen feet.

The observatories are listed buildings and the entry at the English Heritage website [visit link] tells us:

"Two observatories. c1804-6. Vermiculated stone with domed lead roofs. Ashlar dressings. Octagonal plan. Barred windows and wooden 2-panel doors. Projecting moulded stone cornices.

INTERIORS: not inspected. The buildings around the quadrangle of University College form a group."
