This memorial was placed to honor the victims of the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. The memorial includes a tree and plaque. The plaque simply states

The Sisk Courthouse was, at the time of the bombing, site of the Federal Courthouse in Fresno. It was replaced by a new building in 2006.
