I have no idea what this sculpture is supposed to be ( or if its supposed to be) or why its called 'Piscator' The sculptor Sir Eduardo Palozzi, is credited with being the founder of 'Pop Art' He himself describes himself as surrealist.

My best guess is this sculpture is the human form deconstructed, with cubist elements added, or Palozzi's own interpretation and vision of the world.
