The Calumet Theater built 1900 it is still in use today for theater and music venues. Tours are available. The building connects to the original Opera House that is on the second floor. The theater is also said to be haunted!

Quite a few ghosts are said to reside here, chiefly of actress Helena Modjeska who has been spotted throughout the theater. Also, a murder took place in 1903 of a man who is sighted and heard screaming in the night. A little girl named Elanda Rowe also died on the site and she is heard screaming to this day."
