Travel has always been my passion. I've visited all fifty states and about forty foreign countries. In addition, geocaching, and then waymarking, has taken me to many more interesting places and allowed me to learn more about the places I've visited.

The Photo-ops blog gives me the opportunity to share my photographs and to research and explain the story behind the pictures. By blogging I can combine waymarking topics into a more complete and coherent story. I can also concatenate related photographs into a sequence and tell a larger story.
