In 1903, Two Rivers had outgrown its first centralized school building. In 1905 H. P. Hamilton School opened and has served as the cities high school, elementary school, and vocational school. In 1993 after being completely remodeled the building became the Two Rivers City Hall. In 2000 the H. P. Hamilton building (Two Rivers City Hall) was added to the U.S. National Register of Historical Places under the Central Park Historic District.
