A popular discount variety chain store eschews the normal boring store design for a lighthouse motif. A forty foot lighthouse tower occupies the northeast corner of the building. The tower is white with a broad brown stripe matching the color of the roof of the attached building. On the top of the lighthouse is a traditional walkway and railing that surrounds the lighthouse's light. The attached building is reminiscent of a light keepers house and even has a widow's walk, but functions as the main part of the store.
