This clock is constructed of painted metal beams with a concrete base. It stands approximately 50 feet tall, has a 4 sided roman numeral face and a bell that chimes on the hour. Below the clock at ground level one can see the clock works and a time capsule placed there in the year 2000. These are inclosed with glass panels on all 4 sides.

With warm affection and hope for the future we pass this collection of artifacts of our time to the next generations of Rochester Citizens.
