This is the so-called 'Narrenbrunnen' (Fools Fountain) located at the Le-Lion-d'Angers-Platz in Bad Buchau, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It shows the traditional figures of the local carneval club.
The Narrenbrunnen in Bad Buchau was built in 1997 and after ten years 2007 fundamentally renovated since the fountain leaking and the stability was questionable. It stands on the Le Lion-d'Angers-Platz between the Stiftskirche and the Progymnasium.
The eight-sided fountain is dominated by the statue of 'Vadder Federsee', the main figure of the local carneval club 'Narrenzunft Bad Buchau'. There are several masks of the other figures of carneval at the sides of the fountain. They are all colored.
The fountain exists of stone and metal. It was created by Heinz Steinacher.
