Black Granite marker stone with War and Peace and a stylized sword engraved on it.
Marker is set in a black granite base with in Memory of Those Who Served engraved alone the base. The entire cenotaph is set in a small garden enclosure with a Canadian flag to the side. There is also a small cross with "Lest We Forget" in the back partially obscured by the larger monument

The Memorial is located adjacent to the Legion Branch in Consecon. It is close to the small tributary. There are several benches in the immediate vicinity as well.
