Impuls is a kinetic sculpture with a large bronze rolling ball. It is located at the lake promenade of Brissago a few steps west of the landing stage.
The sculpture has two independent part. One is a wooden water wheel driven water from two bronze pipes. The other one is a large ball moving forth and back on a structure that continuously changes its vertical angle.
The sculpture was created by Benno Schulthess who has made several similar objects that are located all over Europe.
