Neighborhood Convergence is a collection of silhouette figures, located under a freeway overpass of Interstate 80 in Emeryville, California. They were created by Emeryville-based artists, Vickie Jo Sowell and M. Louise Stanley. This particular figure is a self-portrait of Louise Stanley.
