This very moving monument to Sweetwater County participants of both the Korean War and the Vietnam War resides at the Sweetwater County Fairgrounds.

This six-sided granite monument serves as a memorial to all Sweetwater County residents who served in both the Korean War, as well as the Vietnam War. The facing panel offers the seals of the five branches of military, as well as the names of those who never came back home. The remaining 5 panels contain the names of the several hundred veterans who served.
