The monument can be found at the main entrance to town hall. It is only accessable during the opening hours of the information point of the town hall.

Mon-Fri 08:00 - 18:00 h

Stuttgart was one of the first cities in Germany with a sister city. They started with the first in 1948: St. Helens (England)
