Conrad Waltman was born in 1715 in Bavaria, Germany. He immigrated to America in the fall of 1738 arriving on the ship "Davy" and settled in Pennsylvania. During the Revolutionary War he served in the Continental Line. His grave is marked a a modern veterans' plaque.
