Set into the railings of Pelham Crescent Gardens is a drinking fountain that carries the inscription from John IV 13-14.

The granite drinking fountain was unveiled in April 1879 to the memory of Robert Trotter. On the semi-circular front face the following biblical quotation is inscribed:

"Whosoever drinketh from this water shall thirst again
But whosoever drinketh of the water that
I shall give him shall never thirst"

The Bible website (visit link) quotes John IV 13 from several source but none exactly match the inscription but are similar:
