This gondola style mountain tram in located at Lutsen Minnesota. Lutsen is in the Sawtooth Mountains of Minnesota, near Lake Superior.
The mountain tram takes you to the top of Moose Mountain. Once you get to the mountain top you can have a drink, refreshments, take a walk along the ski trails and if it is winter you can ski the mountains.
The tram runs year round and is a spectacular way to view the fall colors. No matter the season, the ride is scenic, with Lake Superior in the distance and the Sawtooths in every view.
Nearby is a alpine slide.
This is the Midwest's only gondola type tram.
