Prizren is the second largest city of Kosovo, a country recognized by most of the western world, including USA. It's not in the list of possible countries in Waymarking though, so this waymark has to be filed under Serbia.

The views from its castle are awesome and although it's physically demanding to get there, due to the steep and long ramp and stairs, in the end it worth the effort. There is no entrance fee to the castle. I am not sure if it's possible to access the castle after sunset but I strongly believe so. Better not to count on it though.
