Long Description:
It's behind the water tower, just north of the fire station, and barely visible from the street. In 1912, before Tom Mix became a huge silent movie star. he was the Dewey Town Marshal.

It was in this former jail that he housed those he arrested. The concrete walls still stand, or mostly stand. The iron bars are still visible. The weeds are grown up around it and trashed dumped nearby, but it remains a bit of small town history and lore.
