Free standing clock dedicated to a local citizen. The tall, free standing clock has a white face, hour and minute hands, and the roman numerals. Above the face is written:

A bronze plaque on the base reads:
"CHARLIE'S CLOCK"
Dedicated in memory of
Charles E. Ellis
for his unselfish donation of time
given in promoting the City of Dewey.
